HOUSE BILL 370 19
(a) the number and nature of complaints submitted to the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation regarding

locksmiths and locksmith services; and
(b) whether additional competency–based credentials for locksmiths are necessary for the protection and safety of the

public.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect October 1, 2009.
